Step into Great Moravia

1. Scope and Consent

1.1 These rules apply to all events, sessions, tours and activities organized by Aliaksei Chareshneu (OSVČ, IČO: 23041625) under the brands BrnoWalkers, Družina Moravy, and individual services.

1.2 Payment or registration for participation constitutes unconditional acceptance of all applicable rules. These rules constitute a public offer (a public proposal to conclude a contract) under §1780 et seq. of Czech Civil Code No. 89/2012 Sb.; payment or registration constitutes its acceptance.

1.3 Participants under 18 are only permitted with written consent of a legal guardian and physical accompaniment by an adult (18+) who bears full responsibility for them.

2. Registration, Payment and Deadlines

2.1 A participant's place is confirmed only after full payment is received. Early-bird prices are valid strictly until the deadline stated in the announcements.

2.2 Payment methods: bank transfer — Raiffeisenbank, account no. 7804336003/5500 (please put your name and the event name in the payment reference), or Revolut — revolut.me/aliaksj5pq. Cash is accepted only where explicitly stated in a specific event's announcement.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

3.1 Cancellation ≥7 days before the event: the amount paid is refunded minus a fixed, non-refundable administrative fee of 120 Kč. This fee covers payment processing, verification of incoming/outgoing transfers and the communication involved in cancelling — it is retained even on a fully valid, on-time cancellation.

3.2 Cancellation <7 days before the event, or a no-show: your spot was reserved specifically for you and turned other participants away. No refund is issued, including the 120 Kč fee referenced above (there is nothing further to deduct it from).

3.3 Payment transfer: as an alternative to cancelling, a payment may be moved once — free of the 120 Kč fee — to a different event, provided the request is made at least 7 days before the original event and the new event is within 30 calendar days.

3.4 Cancellation by the organizer or force majeure: a full 100% refund is issued, including the 120 Kč fee. Third-party expenses (tickets, accommodation booked by participants) are not compensated.

3.5 Legal basis: under §1837(j) of Czech Civil Code No. 89/2012 Sb., accommodation, transport, catering and leisure-time services scheduled for a specific date are excluded from the general 14-day distance-contract withdrawal right. The terms in this section 3 are the complete and exclusive cancellation terms for these events; no separate statutory withdrawal period applies on top of them.

4. Program Changes

4.1 The organizer reserves the right to change routes, timing or locations for safety reasons (weather, logistics). A change is considered non-material if at least 70% of the program is completed.

5. Conduct, Ethics and Discipline

5.1 Any form of discrimination, aggression or harassment is prohibited. Instructions from the organizer or an appointed moderator/instructor must be followed immediately.

5.2 Instructions to stop are followed immediately. If the organizer or instructor says "that's enough," "topic closed," "be quiet," or "stop" — this is carried out that same second, with no arguing in the moment. During training, a "stop" command from the instructor or your sparring partner halts any action instantly, regardless of what's happening in the bout. Disagreement with a decision is raised with the organizer privately and afterwards, not publicly and not in the moment of conflict.

5.3 Prohibited, no exceptions: insults based on nationality, language, religion, gender, orientation, appearance or origin; threats, intimidation and blackmail; sexual harassment and lewd comments; public accusations and disputes in group chats (any conflict is resolved one-on-one with the organizer); bullying and deliberate collective exclusion of a participant; sharing participants' personal data without consent; deliberately splitting the community along language or national lines.

5.4 Immediate removal (without refund) applies to: arriving intoxicated, deliberate safety violations, refusing to follow a command from the organizer or instructor, any violation under clause 5.3, aggressive behavior, or property damage. A first minor violation earns a warning; a repeat or an immediately serious one results in removal with no warning and no way back.

5.5 The organizer's decision on any conduct dispute is final and is not subject to appeal, review or vote. Where the wording of these rules is ambiguous, the stricter interpretation applies, in favor of order and participants' safety.

5.6 Voice messages in the community group chats are sent only with the organizer's prior permission — text is the default. This keeps the chat readable and searchable for everyone.

6. Health, Liability and Insurance

6.1 Participants confirm they have no medical contraindications. Participation is at the participant's own risk. The organizer does not provide insurance coverage; participants are strongly advised to obtain personal sports/travel insurance.

6.2 Property: The organizer is not liable for theft or damage to participants' personal belongings during events.

7. Equipment Rental

7.1 Any equipment rented directly from the organizer or through the organizer from third parties (canoes, paddles, protective gear, historical armour, weapons, or any other inventory) must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

7.2 In the event of damage, loss, or non-return of rented equipment, the participant is obligated to pay compensation in the amount set by the equipment owner. The amount of compensation is determined solely by the owner and is not subject to dispute through the organizer.

7.3 Accepting equipment for rental constitutes full agreement with this condition.
